Harry and the Dinosaurs Go to School  by Ian Whybrow and Adrian Reynolds

This is another one of the books we incorporated into bedtime reading to help Keiden ease into the idea of school. If you’ve got a little who loves dinosaurs then this is well checking out.

We found it at our local library and were pleased to discover that it is part of a series. Harry is starting school, and lucky Harry has a friend who goes there too. He has moments of shyness, but overcomes them by helping a classmate who is very, very shy.

This one is a favorite of mine because it shows that each child is different. Some aren’t shy, others are...but all can become friends and get to know their classmates better. It also had the different dinosaurs shows the various emotions that come to the fore when going to school. One was extremely afraid of going to school, something that some littles can identify with.

Keiden particularly enjoyed the RAAAH the dinosaurs made. One his reread scale this one gets a 4/5. I give it a 5/5 - dinosaurs are great ;)
