The weekend that was

Saturday was Free RPG Day. Jerall and I attended the event held by Subcultures and the Netherlands Roleplayers Guild - the guild hosts monthly meet-ups for rpg'ers - in Utrecht. The game was fun, and we were lucky to have a paladin on the team. It was one of those games where if you don't have the right build you're in trouble. I also learnt about a great spell for my clerics to keep on hand :). Post games there was social hour at a restaurant, we mostly just kept on chatting to the folks that were at our table. Two of whom where ladies, it was the first time that I'd played with two other women at the table :). If you want a better report of the day go here.

Sunday was mostly a just arb around day. The big highlight of the day was having herring. I actually liked it, granted we did have it on a roll, so that might have helped. I found it to be very similar to tuna sashimi. And added bonus we didn't get lost while walking around :). I'm putting it down to Jerall is better with directions in new places than I am. How was your weekend?
