Challenge day 2

Sadly having a dinner guest over, last night meant no exercise. Today though, I made good use of one of the three Women's Health exercise dvds I've acquired with the magazine. The plan is to alternate between the discs on non kung fu days. Added bonus, Jerall will be doing the cardio exercises with me :-) Here's hoping I stick to the plan and win.
